食博会期间,漯河市12345热线中心特意在线上开通中英文接听专席,其中包括3个中文和2个英文服务专席,同时在市会展中心食博会现场线下派出多名12345热线志愿者,受理采集热线咨询投诉,对于涉及场馆展厅、参会展商咨询投诉相关问题,做到立接立办,高效便捷。该中心还将为市民提供全天24小时便捷、优质、高效在线服务。
